Create your Arisrv ID
Your Arisrv ID is the one account you use for every Arisrv app. You can sign up with an email address you already have, or create a new Arisrv email address.
Start
- Go to account.arisrv.com/register, or choose Create account on the sign-in page.
- On How do you want to sign in?, choose one of:
- Use my existing email — Gmail, Outlook or any address you already have. We send it a confirmation link.
- Create a new Arisrv email — a new address with an Arisrv Mail inbox.
With your existing email
- Fill in Display name, Your email address, Password and Confirm password.
- The Password strength meter must show at least Fair; the button stays disabled while it reads Too weak.
- Read the notice, turn on I understand and accept the terms and privacy policy, and choose Create my account.
- We send a confirmation link to your email. Open it to activate your account, then sign in. See Verify your email.
With a new Arisrv address
- Type the address you want in Your new Arisrv address (3 to 32 characters: letters, numbers, dots, hyphens or underscores). The page tells you straight away if it is available, and suggests alternatives if it is taken.
- Fill in Display name, Password and Confirm password.
- Add a Recovery method (required): an email address outside Arisrv, or a mobile number in international format (for example +9647701234567). You cannot change it later, so choose one you will keep.
- Choose Create my account and address.
- Save the 12 recovery codes shown next (download, or copy them), tick I have stored these somewhere safe, and continue.
- Confirm your recovery method with the link or the 6-digit code we send. If you skip this, confirm it within the time shown; after that, apps send you to the Arisrv ID page to sign in until it is confirmed.
What happens to your password
Your password never leaves your device. Your browser derives a key from it with Argon2id and sends only a derived verifier, and every sign-in is a proof that you know the password — Arisrv never receives it.
Good to know
- When you first sign in, Arisrv ID asks you to set up an authenticator app as a second factor, and shows a new set of 12 recovery codes. Keep the latest set: it replaces any earlier codes.
- The sign-up notice mentions a "recovery kit": that means your recovery codes.
- You cannot delete your account yourself yet.
