Organization admin basics in Company Panel
Create an organization, invite people, assign roles, set security policies and review the audit log in Arisrv Company Panel. You need a verified email to create an organization.
Create an organization
- Sign in to Company Panel with your Arisrv ID. If your account is not in any organization, choose Create an organization.
- Fill in Organization name, Organization address (at least 3 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens) and Country (a two-letter code, for example AE or DE).
- Choose Create organization. You become its Owner.
If you see "Verify your account email before continuing", choose Verify your email in Arisrv ID, open the link we email you, and come back. Each account can belong to one organization.
Invite people
- On People, choose Invite a person.
- Fill in Email address, Full name, Role, Department and, optionally, Groups.
- Choose Send invitation.
The invitee receives an email and opens Join your organization. They must sign in with an Arisrv ID whose verified email matches the invitation exactly. Invitations expire after 14 days and can be used once. A seat is reserved when the invitation is sent. You can also use Bulk import with a CSV file.
Roles
- Owner — everything an Admin can do.
- Admin — organization, members, groups, billing, policies, analytics, domains and audit.
- Billing admin — billing and analytics.
- Auditor — read-only access, including the audit log.
- Member — no admin pages.
Change a role from the Role list on a person's page; it applies immediately and is recorded in the audit log. To remove someone's access, use Suspend account or Start offboarding.
Security policies
In Security policies you can turn on Require two-factor with a Grace period (days), set the Maximum session age (hours), and choose the External sharing mode. Some controls (trusted devices, security keys for admins, IP allowlist, blocking data export) require a higher plan. Saving sensitive settings may require you to have signed in recently with two-factor authentication.
Audit log
Audit log records admin and security actions with the actor, IP, country and outcome. Verify the chain locally checks that the log has not been altered, and you can Export JSONL, Export CSV or Export CEF for SIEM.
Seats and billing
Billing & licences shows your plan, seats and invoices. Online card payment is not available yet.
