Verify your email
If you signed up with an existing email address, open the confirmation link we sent to it. The link is valid for 24 hours, and you can send yourself a new one at any time.
Open the link
- Find the email "Confirm your email address — Arisrv" and open the link in it.
- You see Email verified. Choose Go to your account, or Continue to the app you came from.
Accounts created with a new Arisrv address are verified automatically and do not need this step.
Send a new link
While signed in: a banner Your email isn't verified appears on Overview, Profile and Security centre. Choose Resend verification email, then I've verified it after you open the new link.
Without signing in: go to account.arisrv.com/verify-email, type your Account email and choose Resend verification email.
You can request a new link once every 60 seconds. Each new link replaces the previous one.
If the link does not work
The page This link does not work means the link expired, was already used, or was replaced by a newer one. Send yourself a new link from the same page.
Why it matters
Some Arisrv apps need a verified email. For example, in Company Panel you need one to create an organization or accept an invitation. If an app still says your email isn't verified after you confirmed it, sign out of that app and sign in again.
